It’s May 4th, the best day of the year for Star Wars fans! Here at Dissertation Editor, we love a good space opera and we love Star Wars. Marathon the saga. Okay, this one is for the die-hards, we admit. But if you’ve got a day (or two) to do this with nothing else on your agenda, as well as lots of snacks and caffeine, why not get comfy and watch all of the films? It’s up to you whether you want to include Rogue One or Solo, and we won’t judge you on how you watch them (release date, numerical order, or machete order). Have fun!
Pick up some SW LEGOs and get to work! We all grew up with LEGO, but they’ve really outdone themselves with their intricate kits for Star Wars – one only has to look at the $800 Millennium Falcon kit and know that it’s not their childhood brick building experience. (Don’t worry, there’s a $160 kit as well). While those Falcon kits might be out of range for you, there are lots of Star Wars LEGOs from which to choose. Why not pick up one or two and spend the day building?
Check out some books or comics. One of the neat things about the Star Wars universe is the sheer volume of it – it’s huge. There are literally hundreds of books and comics about different characters, different storylines, droids, and planets. Find one that catches your eye and lose yourself in a book (or two) today!
Have some Star Wars fun with food. Why not add some blue or green food coloring to your milk (or your kids’ milk, if they’re into the galaxy), or check out these recipes here for some fun eats.
